They include <br />plan check and inspection fees for the police station, entry monumentation on South <br />Bristol, off-site sanitary sewer connection, etc. <br />F DIFs <br />A DIF is a monetary exaction other than a tax or special assessment that is charged by a local <br />governmental agency in connection with approval of a development project. A DIF is <br />structured to mitigate all or a portion of costs for public facilities related to the development <br />project.
