Related Bristol Specific Plan Project <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />Responsible for <br />Standard Condition/ Plan, Program, Policy / Mitigation Measure/ <br />Ensuring Compliance / <br />Date Completed and <br />Condition of Approval <br />Timing <br />Verification <br />Initials <br />certified hazardous waste hauler to a landfill permitted by the state <br />to accept hazardous materials and disposed of per California <br />Hazardous Waste Regulations. <br />• A Health and Safety Plan (HASP) shall be prepared for each <br />contractor that addresses potential safety and health hazards and <br />includes the requirements and procedures for employee protection. The <br />HASP shall also outline proper soil handling procedures and health and <br />safety requirements to minimize worker and public exposure to <br />hazardous materials during construction. <br />• All SMP measures shall be printed on the construction documents, <br />contracts, and project plans prior to issuance of grading permits. <br />Mitigation Measure HAZ-2: Prior to issuance of a building permit for a future <br />Prior to issuance of a <br />City of Santa Ana Building <br />building within the Specific Plan area, the Project applicant shall, at its <br />building permit <br />Safety Division <br />election, undertake one of the following three activities: (1 ) perform a <br />subsurface soil vapor assessment demonstrating that vapor concentrations are <br />within established limits for vapor intrusion into future buildings; (2) prepare <br />a human health risk assessment (HHRA) demonstrating that documented levels <br />of soil vapor do not represent a significant health risk to occupants of the <br />future buildings; or (3) submit plans for a vapor intrusion mitigation system <br />(VIMS) to be installed beneath the foundation of the future buildings. The <br />Project applicant may rely on different measures of the foregoing options in <br />different parts of the Specific Plan area. <br />HYDROLOGY AND WATER QUALITY <br />Plan, Program, or Policy PPP WO-1: NPDES/SWPPP.
