DocuSign Envelope ID: 32EA7C63-DEC6-4A58-BD74-8A5BB9E2E96B
CRELATED
Brist-OA
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter of support for the proposed Related Bristol mixed -use development because of the
important economic and community benefits it will provide the businesses and residents in South Santa Ana.
As a tenant of the existing shopping center, I believe Related Bristol with is vibrant mix of apartments, shops,
restaurants, services and highly programmed outdoor green spaces will:become an exciting catalyst for
overdue change. The current center is a half century old and many tenants agree it sorely needs a fresh, more
walkable look and feel of an urban village to better serve the growing local community and attract new
customers from Santa Ana and across the region.
Related Bristol will also address the ongoing concerns of safety and security, two high priorities for local
business owners and residents alike. The Related Bristol developer has discussed publicly locating a
substation for the Santa Ana Police Department at the project to help officers. respond more quickly to public
safety issues in the immediate area.
Also, being discussed is the need for a community center or meeting space that would be part of the project for
use by Related Bristol businesses and residents as well as local neighborhood :groups and organizations.
Both of these ideas are important, and along with the projects significant economic benefits, including 7,600
new jobs and a dramatic increase in tax revenue for Santa Ana, could become realities with the approval of
Related Bristol. This is why I strongly support this development.
The project developer has met with nearly all the existing tenants about their business needs going forward
and many have expressed a desire to be part of Related Bristol's future, one that promises to transform the
current auto -centric center into a new pedestrian friendly hub for retail, services and dining.
More than ever, people want safe, secure public places to gather to shop, enjoy life, connect with each other
and build community. This is why I urge you to consider the positive and much -needed benefits of Related
Bristol and approve this project.
Thank you,
COMPANY Hans' Hnmpmad,- fee CrealM
NAME.
