With regards of Action 4 (Item22), LEA Local 582 stands opposed to the acceptance of <br />this development as a Project Labor Agt)reement (PLA) with the LA/OC Building Trades is absent. <br />Project Labor Agreements hold benefits for our members that live in the city of Santa Ana, such as local hire <br />standards and Veterans first which help our members work closer to horne and that helps our members spend <br />more time at home with their families.
