• Chamber will conduct business retention visits (in-person, online and via phone/email) <br /> and will complete the City's approved retention survey with that business. <br /> • Chamber shall submit completed surveys on the 10th day of the following month. <br /> • Chamber representatives must administer the business retention survey and receive <br /> responses to a majority of the questions posed. <br /> • The Chamber will participate in a monthly meetings with the City to discuss survey <br /> information received as needed. <br /> • Chamber will assign a staff person to manage the program and enlist any volunteers to <br /> reach out to businesses. <br /> • Chamber will create a questionnaire, similar to the retention questionnaire, to survey <br /> them about their city process experience. <br /> • It is anticipated that the Chamber will conduct at a minimum 200 business retention <br /> surveys during the contract period. <br /> New Business Welcome Program <br /> • Chamber will arrange and host two (2) events and provide all marketing for the event. <br /> These events will be in person. <br /> • Chamber will provide coffee and a breakfast for each event. <br /> • Chamber will create and manage a new business Welcome program similar to current <br /> business retention program. <br /> • Chamber will assign a staff person to manage the program and enlist volunteers to <br /> reach out to businesses to attend the events. <br /> CEO Leadership Roundtables <br /> • Chamber will arrange and host two (2) events and provide all marketing for the event. <br /> These events will be in person. <br /> • Chamber will assign a staff person to manage the program and enlist volunteers to <br /> reach out to CEOs to invite to the events. <br /> • Chamber will provide refreshments for each event. <br /> • Chamber will provide post event summary of feedback from the roundtables to City. <br /> Proposed Payment Schedule <br /> Quarterly payment schedule of$12,500 upon contract execution; $12,500 at 4 months after <br /> contract execution date; $12,500 after 8 months after contract execution date and then a final <br /> payment of$12,500 at 11 months after contract execution date. <br /> Chamber Contact: <br />
