B. CONSULTANT shall obtain, the general liability <br />insurance, with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 <br />per occurrence. Such insurance shall (1) name the City of Santa Ana <br />and its officers and employees as additional insured; and (2) be <br />primary with respect to insurance or self-insurance programs <br />maintained by City. <br />C. CONSULTANT shall obtain professional liability <br />insurance, with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 <br />per claim. <br />D. CONSULTANT shall attach a completed and signed copy <br />of the City's "Additional Insured Endorsement" form to the <br />certificates of insurance noted above. <br />E. CONSULTANT shall (1) furnish properly executed <br />certificates of insurance. to the Clerk of the council prior to <br />commencement of work under this Agreement, which certificates shall <br />clearly evidence all coverages required above and provide that such <br />insurance shall not be materially changed or terminated except on <br />thirty (30) days' prior written notice to CITY; (2) maintain such <br />insurance from the time work first commences until completion of <br />the work under this Agreement; and (3) replace such certificates <br />-for policies expiring prior to completion of work under this <br />Agreement. <br />The Executive Director of the Public Works Agency may <br />waive or reduce the requirements of this section if and to the <br />extent he determines them to be unreasonably burdensome of the <br />CONSULTANT and not necessary for the protection of the CITY. <br />C <br />
