SECTION 1. GRANT OF AUTHORITY <br />LICENSOR hereby licenses LICENSEE to install, <br />operate, maintain, and remove Santa Ana Fire Department <br />radio communications equipment including but not limited to <br />one 6" X 18" X 18" radio console, one 101 - 15' antennae <br />with antennae cable, telephone lines, and power supply, upon <br />its premises commonly described as being located at 200 Sand <br />Pointe, Santa Ana, California, subject to the conditions set <br />forth herein. <br />SECTION II. TERM AND TERMINATION <br />t <br />A. The term of this Agreement shall be for <br />the period commencing upon execution of this Agreement and <br />ending ten (10) years from that date. <br />B. This Agreement may be terminated by <br />either party upon ninety (90) days written notice to the <br />other party. <br />SECTION III. NOTICE <br />For purposes of this Agreement, notice is sufficent <br />when sent by first class U.S. Mail, postage prepaid and <br />addressed as follows: <br />-2- <br />
