Appendices. <br />Task 3:' Administrative Draft EIR <br />MBA will revise the Screencheck Draft EIR based on comments received by City staff. The City <br />project coordinator will assemble comments on, and suggested revisions to, the Adminstrative <br />Draft EIR. One set of unified comments, incorporating all City staff comments will be provided to <br />MBA. MBA will submit 15 copies of the Administrative Draft EIR for City staff review prior to <br />distribution of the Draft EIR to the public. <br />Task 4: Draft EIR <br />MBA will respond to City comments on the Administrative Draft EIR, complete necessary <br />revisions, and publish the Draft EIR for public review. Once the product is deemed acceptable for <br />public distribution,. MBA will take responsibility for distribution of the Draft EIR. <br />To facilitate this process, the following steps will be taken. <br />Coordinate with the City's project coordinator who will assemble comments on, and <br />suggested revisions to, the Administrative Draft EIR. One set of unified City staff <br />comments will be provided to MBA. The City will reconcile conflicting review comments, <br />if needed, between City staff before giving comments to MBA. <br />2. Complete one set of revisions to the Administrative Draft EIR, pursuant to review <br />comments. Revisions will be prepared in conformance with the scope of work. If <br />additional revisions are required based on factors such as changes to the project or changes <br />in report format, additional funds may be required and will be requested by MBA prior to <br />proceeding with the report. <br />Reproduce 70 copies of the Draft EIR. Based on a distribution list prepared during the <br />NOP process. MBA will distribute up to 25 copies of the Draft EIR and the remaining <br />,copies of the Draft EIR will be delivered to City staff for those from the public requesting <br />a copy during the public review period: MBA will prepare the notice of completion (NOC) <br />and submit it to the State Clearinghouse with 15 of the 25 copies of the Draft EIR that <br />MBA will distribute. MBA will publish the Notice of Availability in a local newspaper. <br />Task 5: Administrative Final EIR <br />MBA will prepare written responses to comments received on the Draft EIR that raise significant <br />environmental issues; and to submit them for City staff review after the close of the public <br />CAWINDQWS\Temporary Internet Files\OLKBI IC\SantaAnaSav-on.doc 6 <br />
