The following brief <br />!� description of services and compensation should provide an adequate surnmary <br />for your financial forecasting purposes. <br />M. D. Tedesco Consulting will provide conceptual, preliminary and final <br />design services in accordance with the specific requirements as provided by the <br />client. To accomplish these goals and objectives, the following specific <br />activities are included in a typical project scope of work: <br />lritial conferences with client organizations on site to discuss objectives, <br />physical facility requirements, operational relationships, organizational <br />improvements, 'and any other client concerns for physical facility <br />improvements; <br />• Research and evaluation of stated needs and requests expressed in initial <br />conferences to determine realistic design solutions and possible guidelines; <br />• Architectural programming of client facility space, work flows, <br />organizational relationships and interdepartmental adjacencies as required; <br />• Facilities space standards and guidelines as required; <br />Conceptual and preliminary design recommendations presented as necessary <br />to Management, involved organizations, groups and/or individuals as <br />required by the client; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
