SECT1O1. •;• STATEMENT OF WORK <br />2.3.6 Acceptance Testing <br />Motorola will perform acceptance testing as described in the Acceptance Test Plan. A <br />minimal amount of System down time will occur during testing and will be identified <br />in the Acceptance Test Plan. <br />Motorola is responsible for configuration and optimization of the RNC 3000 using the <br />current NCP '500 configuration provided by SAPD. Motorola will use the following <br />demarcation points to verify the correct operation of the Motorola supplied radio <br />network: <br />RNC AUl Ethernet port <br />❖ Base link modem located at RNC site <br />Base link modem located at the existing base station site (exclusive of the telco <br />wireline) <br />If Motorola is required to assist with any integration efforts beyond the <br />defined Motorola demarcation points, all work will be performed on a <br />time and materials basis and charged to SAPD using the "change order" <br />procedure. <br />2.3.7 System Cutover <br />Assistance during the cutover from the NCP 500 to the RNC 3000 will be provided by <br />Motorola on a time and material basis. A minimum of one week notice will be <br />required for this task. <br />2.4 SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />2.4. a Project Manager <br />SAPD is responsible for appointing a Project Manager to act as a single point of <br />contact for the duration of the project. <br />2.4.2 System Throughput <br />SAPD is responsible for overall system throughput.
