certification to CITY prior to performing any of <br />its obligations under this agreement and prior to <br />any obligation arising on the part of CITY to pay <br />any sums to SUBRECIPIENT under the terms and <br />conditions of this agreement. <br />If any funds other than Federal appropriated funds have: <br />been paid or will be paid to any person for influencing or <br />attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a <br />Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an <br />employee of a Member of Congress in connection with this Federal <br />contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement, the undersigned <br />shall complete and submit "Disclosure Form to Report Lobbying," in <br />accordance with its instructions. <br />N. SUBRECIPIENT hereby certifies and agrees that it <br />will not use funds provided through this agreement to pay for <br />entertainment, meals or gifts. <br />II. CITY'S OBLIGATIONS <br />A. CITY shall pay to SUBRECIPIENT from CDBG funds, <br />when, if and to the extent received form HUD, amounts expended by <br />SUBRECIPIENT in carrying out said program for fiscal year 1991-92 <br />pursuant to this agreement -up to a maximum aggregate payment of <br />One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) in installments <br />determined by CITY. Payments shall be made to SUBRECIPIENT through <br />the submission of periodic invoices, in a form prescribed by CITY, <br />detailing such expenses.
