SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND <br />THE SANTA ANA NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES <br />FOR USE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this _27 day <br />of , 1984, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California ("CITY"), and <br />the Santa Ana Neighborhood Housing Services, a non-profit <br />corporation of the State of California ("CONTRACTOR"), <br />Recitals; <br />W I T N E S S E T H_ <br />1. CITY AND CONTRACTOR entered into that certain <br />"Agreement Between the City of Santa Ana and the Santa Ana <br />Neighborhood Housing Services for the Use of Community <br />Development Block Grant funds," dated May 19, 1980, on file in <br />the office of the Clerk of the Council of CITY (hereinafter <br />referred to as "said agreement") by which CONTRACTOR agreed to <br />perform certain housing rehabilitation activities upon receipt <br />of certain amounts of CITY's Community Development Block Grant <br />( "CDBG" ) funds. <br />2. The parties hereto now desire to increase the <br />amount deposited in the Revolving Loan Funds ("RLF") by an �6 1L.( <br />additional $100,000.00 from CITY's 1984-85 Community Development <br />
