Neither Buyer nor Sellers shall assign any right or <br />interest arising under this Contract without prior written consent <br />of the other. <br />23. This Contract shall be binding on and shall inure to the <br />benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and <br />assigns of Buyer and Sellers. <br />24. It is mutually agreed that the parties hereto have herein <br />set for the whole of their Contract. Performance of this Contract <br />by Buyer shall lay at rest, and forever discharge Buyer as to, <br />each, every and all issues that were raised or could have been <br />raised in connection with the acquisition of said property, or <br />Sellers interests in said property. <br />25.
