2.72 GRIP REPORT <br />Within 150 to 180 working days following authorization, MRC shall <br />provide the City with three complete copies of the initial GRIP Report, to <br />include: <br />■ Management Report <br />o Assessment of City's revenue picture (past, present, future) <br />o Identification of City's fiscal objectives <br />o Description of service scope and procedures employed in <br />preparing the GRIP Report <br />o Nature and profile of City in general terms of land use and <br />economic base <br />o Evaluation of City's tax structure and economic base <br />o Assessment of City's SWOTS, in terms of revenue generation <br />■ Comprehensive Data Listing <br />Comprehensive listings and presentation (in graphs, charts and <br />tables) of data that capture and relate available elements of physical <br />presence to revenue contributions for the Core Revenue Generators; <br />Core Revenue Generators ranked according to aggregate and size - <br />adjusted revenue contributions. <br />■ Declassified Summary <br />A summary of report's key findings, excluding confidential <br />information <br />■ Interim Reports <br />Development of the GRIP Report is accomplished through an <br />iterative process of data collection, analysis, presentation and <br />discussion. At each of the Revenue Strategies Worksessions, the City <br />will receive an interim report that presents the most recent <br />information, its meaning, implications and significance to the City. <br />The fifth works ession will include a review of all previous <br />worksessions as well as the presentation and discussion of the GRIP <br />Report. <br />18 <br />
