This attachment is also included in the Volume III - <br />Certifications (Attachments). <br />Terms of Service <br />Services should be scheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation that is not placed and <br />acknowledged by Accent on Languages at least two (2) business days before the date of the <br />booking will be charged for the full scheduled time. Rates are per hour and per interpreter. All <br />interpreting services have a two (2) hour minimum charge, except video remote services with a <br />scheduled start time prior to 5 PM (one (1) hour minimum). Mileage if applicable will be billed <br />at federal rate. (*) Interpretation services over one (1) hour long will require a team of at least <br />two (2) interpreters.
