(Gray <br />Quarter) via subcontract between our two companies; with IKC acting as prime and Gray Quarter as <br />subcontractor. With this blend of expertise and experience, we are confident that the City of Santa Ana will <br />achieve the most successful implementation possible. <br /> <br />IKC’s founders both worked for over 20 years for Planning and Land Development departments within <br />Arizona agencies.
