Miklin, Inc. d/b/a Yamada Enterprises <br />issued for RFP No. 24-080A does not include sales tax. <br />We respectfully request sales tax to be added to the Library Furniture Package C. <br />The new agreement sum including sales tax under this RFP amount is Four Hundred <br />Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Three and 91/100 Dollars ($411,963.91).
