Their proposal demonstrated that the firm has the <br />necessary capacity and expertise to complete the required services (Exhibit 3). The <br />firm’s rates are reasonable and within industry standard, the team qualifications are <br />appropriate for this project, and the proposal was determined to provide the best value <br />for the City. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with the action <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the following account, and will be presented to City Council for <br />approval of carryforward to FY 2024-25 as part of the citywide carryforward process. <br />Additional proposed carryovers of unspent funds to future fiscal years will be presented <br />to the City Council for approval as needed. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
