SECTION III <br />ta <br />www.FinanceDTA.com <br />CITY INTENT FOR THE SPECIFIC <br />PLAN <br />space, which includes public plaza areas and a central park accessible to the public <br />and available for outdoor entertainment. <br />The Specific Plan area is not within a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency <br />Environmental Justice Area. <br />The Specific Plan envisions a neighborhood layout that connects the community (internally <br />and externally) to walkable, pedestrian, and bike -friendly streets through a variety of <br />sidewalks, greenways, walkable streets, and squares/plazas. The street network emulates <br />the best practices of a vibrant pedestrian village core while providing the density and <br />overlapping programming that is commonly found in successful town center projects.
