SECTION V <br />taRESIDENTIAL PROJECTS PROPOSED IN THE SPECIFIC PLAN <br />www.FinanceDTA.com <br />We identified the largest multifamily project as The Enclave at South Coast, which contains 890 units. The largest unit sizes are in The Essex Skyline <br />at MacArthur Place in the Hutton Center. The average vacancy for the projects is 4.7%. The highest vacancy is in the 2-story 3400 South Main <br />building that was completed in 1969, more than 50 years ago. Other high -vacancy buildings include two 2-story complexes, specifically The Cape <br />Apartments that were opened in 1987 and The Aspens South Coast that was completed in 1976. The predominant bedroom counts are the one - <br />bedroom (47.3%) and two -bedroom (42.9%) plans with an average size of 893 SF.
