Letter L2: Les Goldberg (2 pages) Late Comment letter
Subject: 3600 South Bristol St. Redevelopment Public Hearing
Attention: This email originated from outside of City of Santa Ana. Use caution when opening attachments or links.
My opinion on this matter is as follows:
I. The proposed planned redevelopment is to
provide increased tax revenue to the City of Santa
Ana while increasing the profits for the developer.
Z. The development is in an area that is not
impoverished, blighted or central to a large
population of homeless people, and therefore should
not be a priority for redevelopment.
3. Instead of focusing on redeveloping already
established, well -maintained acreage, the city should
be concentrating on solving the homeless crisis,
improving the lives of residents who don't have the
resources to shop and recreate in the South Coast
Metro area, and creating real "affordable" housing.
L2.,
4
