I care deeply about this city and my neighborhood, Republic Homes, where I am <br />presid ent of our Neigh berhood Association - <br />I am writing to urg@- you to support Related Bristol, a proposed mIxed-use redevelvpmortit <br />project that I believe will be a Signific,�rlt and very positive addltion to South -Santa Ana . This <br />41-acre project will be a drarnatie u pgrad a from the 50-year-old Metro Town Square that has <br />sawed o ur j;Qrn mu nifty well for decades, but is rapidly aging wit h far too m a ny em pkV <br />store(mints. The existipg rente r is no longer the ffie n dlr and attractive desti nation It once was. <br />Now is -B time for a change, and Rel.ated Bri 6 is a plan 15trongiV support- In O-Iditi= to <br />bringing much needed am retail and restaurant-5toQur r4eigjhborhood, the project will -create <br />13 acres of open space —almost one-third of the planned site —with landscaped pathawaOr <br />paseos and irwitling -areas to _dt and gather with (amily and friends.
