A project of this size an <br />p J d <br />magnitude will provide an unprecedented economic package that the city desperately needs and <br />g Y p Y , <br />should be approved given the best interest of the constituents. <br />We cannot lose sight of the big picture. Related Bristol will generate '16 800 new jobs,. g a <br />million in new tax revenue during its first 30 years and a $544 million communitybenefits <br />i <br />package. It is imperative to prioritize the needs of the overall community jeopardizeand not the <br />financial feasibility of the project over additional union issues, components and other requirements. p q ents. <br />Time is of the essence! Nearly 100 local businesses at Metro Town Square shopping center ne <br />ed <br />certainty about their future and business location. with leases for all tenants expiring imminently and <br />the very real prospect of a vacant retail center- that « an important generator of sales tax <br />p g revenues to <br />our City, we cannot delay this project any further nor . jeopardize its feasibility <br />Please prioritize the general good of our community and make the right decision. I am in full support <br />upport <br />of the visionary Related Bristol mixed -use development because it promises unprecedented <br />p p benefits <br />for the City of Santa Ana for decades to come. <br />Approval of this innovative and dynamic project will help fuel sustainable growth and prosperi <br />ty for <br />Santa Ana.
