Please complete this form to <br />demonstrate how the applicant has enacted best practices in their jurisdiction related to the <br />treatment of unhoused individuals camping on public property, consistent with the United States <br />Interagency Council on Homelessness’ “7 Principles for Addressing Encampments” (June 17, <br />2022). <br />Name of Jurisdiction: Santa Ana <br />1.Was the Jurisdiction awarded Encampment Resolution Funding (ERF) Program funds (Yes/No)? <br />If so, indicate the round of funding (i.e., ERF-1, ERF-2-L, ERF-2-R, ERF-3-L, or ERF-3-R), the date <br />the grant was awarded, and attach the approved proposal. <br />Round of funding: _______________ <br />Date of grant award: _______________ <br />2.What is the Jurisdiction’s role in the Coordinated Entry System (lead, support, etc.)? The City <br />accepts CES referrals of people experiencing homelessness who are eligible for and in need of <br />permanent housing.Since November 2015, the City has funded and created 425 PSH units in nine (9) <br />different projects. <br />Housing Choice Voucher Program <br />$13,852,045 <br />Funds are being utilized for PBVs, HUD-VASH, and other tenant based vouchers over a 12 month <br />period. Supporting documentation shows the breakdown of all vouchers funded with this award.
