Prior to the commencement of ground disturbing activities, the City shall extend the offer to enter into a tribal monitoring agreement with the Gabrieleño Band of Mission Indians – Kizh Nation, Gabrielino Tongva Indians of California, and Juaneño Band of Mission Indians, Acjachemen Nation.
