aCITY OF SANTA ANA <br />J. Reports <br />1. Quarterly Reports <br />Consultant shall provide to each of the City's using Departments quarterly reports that include <br />a summary of the services ordered and the following information: <br />• Ordering City staff member; <br />• Service date; <br />• Services provided (i.e., translation, interpretation, ASL, etc.); <br />• Language; and <br />• Total number of hours ordered during the quarter reported per language. <br />Quarterly reports must be provided no later than thirty (30) business days after the end of <br />each quarter and will include purchases that have been paid, as well as services currently <br />being worked on. <br />2. Annual Reports <br />Consultant shall provide to Purchasing contact an annual report of contract usage, including the <br />following individual order information listing per month: <br />• Department; <br />• Ordering City staff member; <br />• Service date; <br />• Services provided (i.e., translation, interpretation, ASL, etc.); <br />• Language; and <br />• Number of hours. <br />Annual reports must be provided no later than by January 30t^ of every year for the previous year <br />calendar and will include purchases that have been completed. <br />RFP 24-022A City of Santa Ana Page 25 of 51 <br />
