These certifications include, but are not limited to: <br />Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI) <br />This certification validates our interpreters' competence in providing language support in <br />healthcare settings. It ensures that our linguists possess the necessary skills to facilitate <br />effective communication between healthcare professionals and patients, promoting patient <br />safety and quality care. <br />The National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters (NBCMI) <br />Similar to CCHI, NBCMI certification indicates that our medical interpreters meet rigorous <br />standards of competence and professionalism in medical interpretation. It signifies their ability <br />to accurately convey medical information and ensure clear communication between healthcare <br />providers and limited -English -proficient individuals. <br />Court Certification of the State of California <br />This certification attests to the qualifications of our interpreters to work in legal settings within <br />the state of California. It demonstrates their proficiency in legal terminology, procedures, and <br />ethics, enabling them to provide accurate and impartial interpretation services in court <br />proceedings and legal proceedings. <br />ATA Certification <br />ATA (American Translators Association) certification is a widely recognized credential in the <br />translation industry. It signifies that our translators have demonstrated a high level of <br />proficiency and expertise in translating written materials from one language to another. ATA <br />certification ensures quality and accuracy in translations, adhering to professional standards <br />and best practices. Accent on Languages is a corporate member of the ATA.
