Per the clarification request, the City will provide project coordinators and leads from each <br /> division, to work directly with the proposer's staff for scheduling meetings and tasks. The City <br /> intends to provide both a Project Sponsor and Steering Committee members to provide high- <br /> level, attend to contract issues, and adder any items that cannot be resolved within the project <br /> team. The City prefers the proposer's Project Manger to service as the sole Project Manager for <br /> the project. Proposer's Project Manager also jointly serve as a lead business analyst. <br /> A. This is acceptable to IKC. We can also confirm that IKC Project Managers are working project <br /> managers and always serve both Project Manager and Lead Business Analyst rotes on every <br /> project. This approach allows us to maintain streamlined communication, enhance project <br /> oversight,and ensure that both strategic and analytical needs are addressed seamlessly. <br /> B. Proposed team members for this project include: <br /> Missy Kern-IK Consulting, LLC <br /> Santa Ana Project Manager-Manage project keeping it on track and ensuring Santa <br /> Project Ana requirements are achieved while ensuring best practice is <br /> Roles: followed. <br /> Lead Business Analyst-Define and implement sprint approach for <br /> implementation.
