T&M to perform a 6" bore with sleeving for approximately 100 lineal feet in between the two <br /> newly installed planters North of Bishop Ave on Westside of Standard. Work will also include <br /> sawcut removal and disposal of previously poured brick red concrete. <br /> AGREED PRICE = $9,230.48 <br /> 2. Apply 2 coats of Daytona Superior Top Cast HG500 High Gloss Sealer to approximately 1700 <br /> square feet of brick red median concrete on Standard Ave. <br /> AGREED PRICE = $5,454.07 <br /> 3. Cost of additional install of(2) #6 Traffic Rated pull boxes instead of(2) #6 pull boxes. <br /> AGREED PRICE = $5,604.63 <br /> TOTAL AGREED PRICE =$20,289.18 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
