Bill Witte, Steven Oh, and Alice Callens, Applicants, spoke regarding affordable <br />development projects, the project site, infrastructure, benefits to the community, <br />and in support of the project. <br />City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall reported out the summary of email comments received. <br />406 for Agenda Item No. 22. <br />2. Lawna Munholland spoke in support of the project. <br />3. Doug Mangione spoke regarding IBEW and expressed concern regarding the <br />lack of agreement with the LA and Orange County building trades. <br />4. Thomas Drennan spoke regarding Local 12 and requested the project be <br />postponed and there be an agreement with the LA and Orange County building <br />trades. <br />5. Brent Beasley spoke in opposition to the project. <br />6. Michael Wingen spoke in opposition to the project. <br />7. Randy Wetmur spoke in opposition to the project. <br />8.
