RESOLUTION NO. 60-76 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE CITY IS <br /> PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, IVA H. Fa%DICK has presented to the City a deed <br /> <br />dated April 5, 1960, conveying property on Garnsey Street in con- <br />sideration of the sum of $9300.00 through Escrow No. 286781 WLC, <br />with Title Insurance and Trust Company, and ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HAROLD S. AND MYRL HARDISTY AND TONY AND LORI ANN <br />LA BONO have presented to the City a deed dated April 16, 1960, <br />granting an easement for street purposes on the North side of <br />First Street 152 feet West of Sullivan Street in consideration of <br />the payment of $600.00 through Escrow No. 44707-C with Security <br />Title Insurance Company, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HYGIENE PRODUCTS COMPANY, a corporation, has pre- <br />sented to the City a deed dated April 5, 1960, granting an easement <br />for street purposes over land on the South side of First Street for <br />the widening of First Street and the construction of flow on traffic <br />pattern in consideration of payment in amount of $6500.00 through <br />Escrow No. 44664-C with Security Title Insurance Company, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, S. THOMPSON AND BARBARA MC NEAL has presented to I/~ ~ <br />the City a deed dated April 9, 1960, granting an easement for street <br />purposes for the widening of First Street on the North side immedi- <br />ately East of the Santa Ana River in consideration of the payment <br />of $1500.00 through Escrow No. 44578-C with the Security Title <br />Insurance Company. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated <br />agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on each <br />of said deeds. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br /> <br />
