After faxing your request, please call the Local to verify receipt and substantiate their <br />capacity to famish workers as specified below. Please print your Fax Transmission Verification Reports and keep copies for your <br />records. <br />The City of Santa Ana Community Workforce Agreement establishes a goal that 30% of the total work hours shall <br />be: <br />i s from qualified workers residing in those in those U. S. Postal Service zip codes which overlap all of the City <br />of Santa Ana, as set forth in Attachment B and veterans, regardless of where they reside (Tier 1); and, <br />Second, qualified workers residing within Orange County and individuals who have successfully completed the <br />Building Trades Multi -Craft Core Curriculum Pre•Apprenticeship Program, regardless of where they reside. <br />For Dispatch purposes, employees residing within either ofthese two (2) tiers, as well as Veterans and individuals <br />who have successfully completed the Building Trades Multi -Craft Core Curriculum Pre -Apprenticeship Program, <br />regardless of where they reside, shall be referred to as Local Residents. <br />TWITIE UNION: Please complete the "Union Use Only" section on the next page and fax this form back to the requesting <br />Contractor.
