EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />EXHIBITI <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1. REQUIREMENTS <br />A. The specific requirements of this RFP have been listed in Section II. <br />II. TRAINING COURSE(S) <br />A. ASAUA requires seminars, training courses in the following specific disciplines: <br />i. Training Request for: G-61 1 Series EOC/Position Specific Training Courses <br />Ill. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Availability to conduct up to a total of three (3) series deliveries of the training by the end <br />of the term of the contract. Each delivery must consist of each of the following: <br />B. The first training must be conducted no later than July 31, 2024 <br />C. Name of Courses: <br />i. G61 1 M EOC Management Section Training (8 hour course) <br />ii. G6110EOCOperationsSectionTraining(8hourcourse) <br />iii. G61 1 P EOC Planning & Intel Section Training (8 hour course) <br />iv. G61 1 L EOC Logistics Section Training (8 hour course) <br />v. G61 I F EOC Finance & Admin Section Training (8 hour course) <br />D. Course Description: This course trains participants on key Emergency Operations <br />Center (EOC) positions based on the state OES EOC Section/Positions. The G61 1 <br />series of Logistics, Finance, Planning and Intel, Management, and Operations will <br />include section overview, purpose of the section, a review of the position(s), roles and <br />responsibilities, and forms and processes. <br />i. Number of Deliveries Being Requested: Up to 3 <br />ii. Number of Students per Delivery: Minimum of 16 students <br />E. Responsibilities of the City of Santa Ana and the Anaheim/Santa Aha Urban Area: <br />i. Classroom with space to arrange students in groups <br />ii. Audio/\/isual Equipment <br />iii. Multiple easels, dry erase board, and markers <br />F. Responsibilities of the Training Provider: <br />i. Laptop <br />ii. Presentation & training aids <br />iii.
