He spoke regarding conducting business <br />effectively, Prop. 36, and encouraged all to vote. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hernandez thanked staff for their hard work and efforts, the Guzman <br />family for their contributions to the community, spoke regarding the report on the ethics <br />code investigation, and encouraged all to vote. <br />
