The gap in the fence is big enough for people to slip through even if the Barrier Free park is closed and locked up. The padding has become extremely worn with big holes and areas that are peeling and warped. It was a group of kids. I followed them around for a while while I called security and the cops. Got a pic of one of the kids before PD told me to stop following. The graffiti is on the doors, walls, and mirrors of both restrooms. I made a separate report for the same building because there is also graffiti on all four outside walls.
