She had fallen and was requesting first aid. I told her that I did not have any first aid supplies, but I could call security. She refused. They left behind large mounds of dirt and rocks. The owner did not have a handle on their dog. The flames were very high, and they kept the high flames for an extended amount of time. I called security because it seemed like a safety/fire threat.
