MINUTES: City Manager Alvaro Nunez gave a brief report regarding the prioritization of Park projects. Councilmember Hernandez asked whether restrooms at Salvador Park would be replaced, spoke regarding the Park projects, and spoke in support of the item. City Manager Nunez stated restrooms would be replaced. Councilmember Lopez asked how the deficits in the projects would be covered and asked for an update regarding the financial progress.
