The definition of "Insured" is amended to include as an insured any person or organization which you are obligated by virtue of a written contract or agreement to add as an additional insured. Such person or organization is an additional insured only with respect to liability arising out of your ongoing operations performed for the additional insured. There is no coverage for acts or omissions of any additional insured, their agent(s), or their employee(s). A person's or organization's status as an additional insured under this endorsement ends when your operations for that additional insured are completed. 2. The additional insured(s) shall not increase our limits of liability. 3. We will pay damages only if such damages arise out of acts of omission of: a. You; or b. Any other insured except an additional insured added under the terms of this endorsement.
