(9)CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />3. Contractor agrees to cooperate with the City regarding the handling of accounts. These <br />accounts may be included, but are not limited to accounts of the specific age classifications, <br />handicapped, and certain dependent situations. <br />4. Contractor shall provide regular and continuous education and training for Contractor's staff, <br />updating them immediately on all changes in the industry or government regulations that may <br />have an impact on services being provided to the City. <br />F. Meetings <br />Contractor must meet with City staff upon execution of contract to discuss goals of the <br />relationship, the services to be provided, and other topics relevant to the ambulance & <br />paramedic billing and collection services program. <br />2. Contractor agrees to meet with the City routinely and on request to discuss problems, special <br />needs, future changes, and updates in software, technology, statistical data requests, or other <br />relevant issues. <br />G. Transition (If Applicable) <br />1. Contractor agrees to coordinate with existing service provider to transition current accounts <br />with minimal disruption to service, and deliver to the City a computerized file of active accounts <br />in an agreeable format. <br />2. Upon implementation of contract, Contractor must be able to process any backlog of billing <br />within thirty (30) days of the implementation date. <br />City of Santa Ana RFP No. 24-104 Page 21 of 35 <br />
