Cost Proposal -Option B <br />Annual State of the City Address: <br />Option 1: Filming using City Broadcast <br />equipment. <br />Option 2: Live streaming using Pegasus <br />equipment. <br />PEGASUS <br />UIDIO, <br />Filming of the live event included in <br />Option A if utilizing City equipment <br />(cameras in Hearing Room). <br />B-roll can be filmed using our <br />Videography hourly rate of $250 hour. <br />Editing of events will be billed at <br />post -production rate of $125 hour. <br />$6,500 Flat rate to use Pegasus live <br />stream equipment which includes <br />cameras, video switcher, and all cables <br />and support equipment. Live audio PA <br />and mics not included. Can be used for <br />off site events. <br />Cost Proposal -Option C and Option D <br />Videographer Rate: <br />$250/hour with 4 hour minimum <br />Includes one (1) vdeographer, one (1) 4k <br />resolution camera, tripod or gimbal and <br />audio kit. <br />Photography Rate: <br />$250/hour with 4 hour minimum <br />Includes one photographer and <br />equipment <br />Post Production Rate: <br />$125 hour <br />For video editing, graphics, audio mixing <br />Pre Production Rate: <br />$125 hour <br />For planning and coordination services <br />www.pegstudios.com <br />
