The purchase of any Equipment by Subrecipient shall be requested by Subrecipient in writing, shall <br />require the prior written approval of the Administrator and shall fulfill the provisions of this Contract <br />which are appropriate and directly related to Subrecipient's service or activity under the terms of this <br />Contract. County may refuse reimbursement for any costs resulting from Equipment purchased, which are <br />incurred by Subrecipient, if prior written approval has not been obtained from County's Project Manager. <br />31.
