The prior property conditions of non -vacant sites that <br />were recently developed into new residential and mixed -use projects within the region signify a trend that <br />can be used for selecting other sites suitable for redevelopment in Santa Ana. These include a range of <br />building conditions and existing land uses. The sites previous uses consisted primarily of commercial, <br />industrial and/or residential uses.
