The City Council determines in accordance with Section 406 of the City <br />Charter that Valerie Amezcua is entitled to hold the office of Mayor. The City <br />Council also declares 'Valerie Amezcua elected to the office of Mayor of the City <br />of Santa Ana for a two-year term. <br />G. The City Council determines in accordance with Section 406 of the City <br />Charter that Thai Viet Phan is entitled to hold the office of Councilmember for <br />Ward 1. The City Council also declares Thai Viet Phan elected to the office of <br />Councilmember for Ward 1 of the City of Santa Ana fora four-year term. <br />H. The City Council determines in accordance with Section 406 of the City <br />Charter that Jessie Lopez is entitled to hold the office of Councilmember for <br />Ward 3. The City Council also declares Jessie Lopez elected to the office of <br />Councilmember for Ward 3 of the City of Santa Ana fora four-year term. <br />I. The City Council determines in accordance with Section 406 of the City <br />Charter that Johnathan Ryan Hernandez is entitled to hold the office of <br />Councilmember for Ward 5. The City Council also declares Johnathan Ryan <br />Hernandez elected to the office of Councilmember for Ward 5 of the City of Santa <br />Ana fora four-year term. <br />J.
