The way things are going, it does not seem like it will <br />be getting better anytime soon. <br />1. Our families,, especially those who live in apartments rear First Street are concerned about <br />sending their children/teene.; to the store, going to do their laundry, going out to skate, going <br />for a wal.kl or simply going to school because homeless residents are, <br />a. Screaming and verbally harassing residents, and in somo, instances physically, <br />cl- ss at] I ti r 1q our fam 1 les. <br />I' <br />b- Some are walking around with rio clothing on exposing parts of their body no child <br />should e-- <br />c- Some are using the streets as their personal bath rooms - <br />d. or°n i iurnping in front of our cars, blockin q them from moving. <br />e.
