The City reserves the <br /> right to award the Base Bid, and any,all,or none of the add-alternate bid items(if any). <br /> * The quantity for this bid item is shown for bid comparison only. This bid item shall not be <br /> subject to the"25%"limit as stated in Section 3-2 of the Standard Specifications.
