CT <br />spectrum sports <br />Exhibit A <br />The following will serve as an outline of the Scope of Services to be performed by Spectrum Sports <br />Management, Inc. on behalf of the City of Santa Ana for the management and timing of the Santa <br />Ana 5K & 1 OK Run/Walk to be held on May 17, 2025. <br />Services to be performed by Spectrum Sports Management: <br />1. Provide all necessary on -course staffing and start/finish management. <br />2. Create a pre -event Project Manager to track at[tasks, deadlines and client needs. <br />3. Coordinate and work with city personnel, Police and Fire and any other necessary <br />permitting agencies. <br />4. Start and Finish Line Management, use of Spectrum inflatable arch or truss for Start/Finish— <br />depending upon availability of each. <br />5. Course Management —set up, directional arrows, turn -around signs and course security. <br />6. Plan necessary fencing and bid out to secure a fence vendor. Fencefee to be paid in City <br />budget. <br />7. Registration Management / Packet Pickup & New Registration Services on day of race and <br />day prior. <br />8. Participant chip timing& results for all participants. <br />9. Timelines, post event layout area, start &finish layouts, course map and water station <br />location maps. <br />10. All race day logistics, including coordination with Police, course traffic, equipment <br />management and necessary staffing to ensure a safe and efficient course and event. <br />11. Staff planning on necessary numbers for water station, start line, finish line management, <br />registration, age group award placement and distribution of medals. <br />Compensation: <br />In value for the services listed above, Spectrum Sports Management shall be paid a fee of <br />$15,000— invoiced in agreed upon increments. This wit[ account for all staff planning, on -site <br />staffing, registration setup, timing services, bib preparation and all equipment. This will account <br />for all runners up to 3,000. Should the total number of runners exceed 3,000 then a fee of $2.50 a <br />runner will be assessed. <br />$5,000 - Should the City opt to hire Consultant to assist in develop new courses for the enjoyment of <br />the runners and reducing the costs to the City, than City notify Consultant in writing to move forward <br />and shall pay to Consultant an additional $5,000 which shall be due upon invoicing. <br />
