The first Named Insured shown in the Declarations may cancel this policy by mailing or delivering to us advance <br /> written notice of cancellation. <br /> b. We may cancel this policy for non payment of premium by mailing or delivering to the first Named Insured written <br /> notice of cancellation at least ten (10) days before the effective date of cancellation if we cancel for nonpayment of <br /> premium. <br /> c. If written notice of cancellation is received by the recipient of the notice prior to April 1, 2026, we are entitled to retain, <br /> as the Minimum Earned Premium, 25% of the total premium charged for this policy. If written notice of cancellation is <br /> received by the recipient of the notice on or after April 1, 2026 we are entitled to retain, as the Minimum Earned <br /> Premium, 100% of the total premium charged for this policy, and you are not entitled to the return of any premium. <br /> d. We will mail or deliver our notice to the first Named Insured's last mailing address known to us. <br /> e. Notice of cancellation will state the effective date of cancellation. The policy period will end on that date. <br /> f.
