<br />complex civil engineering, utility, and drainage projects. His project
<br />experience includes storm drain systems; complex, large watershed
<br />hydrologic analyses; river hydraulic modeling; detention basin design;
<br />water quality BMP design; scour analysis; sedimentation; and master
<br />planning. He has worked on a variety of public works and private
<br />development projects and has a strong base knowledge of permitting
<br />requirements. He can assist with anything from conceptual project
<br />planning to detailed design and project implementation.
