Proposal For <br />On -Call Water Resources Engineering Services <br />Amir Ghavibazoo <br />r Geotechnical Engineering <br />Amir is Twining's Director of Asphalt Engineering and Pavement <br />Design. He directs and works on pavement design, highway design, <br />engineering specifications, and consulting services. He has extensive <br />experience with advanced performance testing of asphalt binder <br />including Dynamic Shear Rheometer (DSR), Bending Beam Rheometer <br />(BBR), and other asphalt binder quality control tests.
