He maintains <br />a hands-on approach by researching and attending industry workshops. He meets with <br />the equipment manufactures to stay up to speed on the new technologies available. <br />He plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of the Operations function of <br />the division. Responsible for the performance of all Departments including Research <br />and Development, Material Management, Order Services, Engineering and Surveying. <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Mission Hospital Utility Mark Out - Mission Viejo, CA <br />Loera was Project Manager/Chief Operating Officer on this project. He supervised all <br />operations to ensure high quality control and accuracy when performing the utility mark <br />out. CBI performed utility locating in the parking lot and entrance driveway. Extensive <br />coordinating with the client and the site was required as well as flexibility on the schedule <br />and fulfilling all requirements for insurance and training. <br />IRWD Pump Station Potholing - Irvine, CA <br />Loera was Project Manager/Chief Operating Officer on this project. He supervised all <br />operations to ensure high quality control and accuracy when performing the utility mark <br />out. CBI performed utility locating in the parking lot and entrance driveway. <br />Well 32 Santa Ana Potholing 2018 -Santa Ana, CA <br />Loera was Project Manager/Chief Operating Officer on this project. He oversaw all operations from permitting <br />to on site traffic control set up. Supervised all operations to ensure high quality control and accuracy when <br />performing the potholing.
